Two-Story WTC Terrain Ruin – Sci-fi is a pre-painted terrain structure designed for battlefields using the World Team Championship (WTC) format. The ruin combines effective line-of-sight blocking with multiple playable levels, creating tactically interesting positions for both melee and shooting-focused armies.

The building comes fully painted in a neutral science-fiction style with weathering and details suitable for futuristic cities, industrial complexes, colonies, spaceports, and war-torn frontier worlds. It works equally well for Warhammer 40K and a wide variety of other science-fiction games.
