TYRANIDS: HARUSPEX / EXOCRINE

Haruspexes are grotesque consumption bioforms engineered to devour biomass at a horrifying pace. These monstrous beasts hurl themselves into enemy lines, shovelling body after body into their gigantic jaws without slowing down.

The Haruspex’s most distinctive feature is its massive grasping tongue and ruptured stomach-maw filled with multiple rows of jaws. The bioform is also equipped with powerful crushing claws and can be fitted with a thresher scythe tail biomorph for even more devastating attacks.

The kit can alternatively be built as an Exocrine – a heavy artillery bioform almost entirely dominated by a massive bio-plasma cannon capable of unleashing devastating energy salvos across the battlefield.

The Haruspex works exceptionally well in Tyranid armies for Warhammer 40K focused on aggressive monster bioforms and brutal melee combat.

On the Battlefield

The Haruspex delivers overwhelming melee power and acts as a biological wrecking force against enemy formations.

The Exocrine variant instead provides devastating long-range firepower for Tyranid armies that combine monster bioforms with biological artillery.
