Gargoyles are often the first wave of a Tyranid invasion. Thousands of membranous wings fill the skies as Gargoyle Broods descend upon the enemy, blotting out the sun and spreading terror before the main swarm arrives.

These flying bioforms attack from above with organic fleshborers while spewing corrosive venom from their fanged maws. Their speed and overwhelming numbers make them ideal for disrupting enemy lines and supporting advancing Tyranid swarms.
