XV8 Crisis Battlesuits

The XV8 Crisis Battlesuit is an iconic symbol of T’au technological progress and ingenuity. On the battlefield, it is a magnificent sight — unless you are its target. Powered by repulsor engines, Crisis Battlesuits glide forward at high speed, unleash devastating weapon systems, and disengage in the blink of an eye.

Only the most elite T’au warriors earn the right to pilot these advanced war machines after years of frontline service. They can even be deployed from the upper atmosphere of a planet, crashing into enemy ranks with overwhelming force. The XV8 offers the perfect balance of firepower, mobility, and resilience.

This box builds three XV8 Crisis Battlesuits and six accompanying drones. Ball-jointed fittings provide extensive poseability and customization options.

One model can be assembled as a Shas’vre with a unique head and chest plate. The kit includes a wide arsenal of advanced T’au weaponry:

• 4 plasma rifles
• 3 flamers
• 4 fusion blasters
• 4 burst cannons
• 3 missile pods
• 3 shield generators

The drones can be built as gun drones, shield drones, or marker drones. A total of six drones can be assembled, with up to three of any one type.

The kit also contains various battlesuit electronic systems. One model can alternatively be built as the experimental Iridium-class XV8-02 Crisis Battlesuit, identifiable by its heavier armour and more aggressive appearance.
