The Typhon is named after the ‘Great Beast’ of ancient Terran myth, and lives up to its name through sheer brutal strength. Sharing a chassis with the Spartan Assault Tank, it is reconfigured into a mobile artillery platform capable of mounting the devastating dreadhammer cannon.

Developed to meet the demands of Primarch Perturabo and his Iron Warriors, the Typhon delivers siege-breaking firepower directly to the front lines. Though lacking subtlety, its effectiveness is undeniable.

On the Battlefield

The Typhon is a specialised siege platform designed to destroy fortifications, vehicles, and infantry formations through overwhelming firepower. Its dreadhammer siege cannon can shatter bunkers, obliterate enemy war engines, and annihilate entire squads in a single strike.

With additional sponson-mounted weapons, it can also engage nearby threats, though its primary role is battlefield domination through heavy artillery.
