HORUS HERESY: LEGIONES ASTARTES MKIII TACTICAL SQUAD

Tactical Squads form the backbone of the Legiones Astartes and were the force through which the Imperium reconquered much of the galaxy during the Great Crusade. These genetically enhanced warriors, equipped for battle in the harshest environments, have repeatedly crushed the enemies of Mankind.

As a highly flexible infantry unit, they are capable of both attacking and defending, assaulting fortified positions, and holding vital objectives. Their strength lies in their adaptability and reliability under all conditions.

Equipped with MKIII ‘Iron’ power armour, they are especially suited for frontal assaults, where the armour’s durable construction provides superior protection in the heat of battle.

On the Battlefield

Tactical Squads are a dependable core unit that can hold objectives, support advances, and deliver sustained firepower with their bolters. They are particularly effective at holding the line or advancing under heavy fire thanks to their resilient armour.

Their adaptability makes them a natural foundation for most armies.
