Drop Pod is a transport for Legiones Astartes, enabling rapid deployment and aggressive tactics in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy.

Drop Pod is an orbital descent capsule for the Legiones Astartes, designed to deliver Space Marines directly into the heart of battle. It is well suited for armies that rely on surprise, speed, and aggressive tactics.

Launched from orbiting warships, these pods descend like projectiles toward their targets. They are heavily armoured to withstand the violence of atmospheric re-entry, but their true defence lies in their speed and sudden arrival.

On the Battlefield

The Drop Pod allows you to deploy troops exactly where they are needed most. It enables tactics focused on disruption, striking key positions, and applying immediate pressure on the battlefield.

It is equipped with a pintle-mounted combi-bolter and serves as a flexible transport option for aggressive strategies.
