Many are the young women that have tried their luck when the Emperor Octave XII founded the irregular corps of the Duellists, made up only of women, within the imperial guard. To be accepted in this world dominated by men, they had to prove themselves even more valiant and skilful than their male fellows: those that have confronted a Duellist with a blade know that they are among the finest swordswomen of the Griffin Empire. They practice a combat technique using finesse and make light of enemy attacks. And watch out for their counterattack, for their blade always finds a weakness in the enemy’s defences.
