Biophagus is a Genestealer Cults character – enhances mutations and makes your melee units more deadly.

The Biophagus is a master of gene-manipulation and bio-alchemy, responsible for refining and spreading the cult’s infection across entire populations. Through carefully engineered toxins and alien genetic compounds, they reshape their victims – body and mind – to better serve the cult.

They do not work alone. A skilled Biophagus may be granted an Alchemicus Familiar – a small but cunning assistant that infiltrates secure locations and disperses chemical agents into water supplies and ventilation systems.

On the battlefield, their work continues in another form. With their injection weapons, they push mutations to new extremes, turning already dangerous creations into something far more lethal.
