The game is played in two distinct phases where every decision can affect your final earnings.

🏠 Two Phases – One Goal: Profit

In the first phase, players bid on properties in open auctions, ranging from shabby shacks to luxurious villas.

Once all properties have been purchased, the second phase begins: selling them. Players secretly choose which property to sell while trying to match the most valuable checks.

Because no one knows which checks the other players hold, the game becomes a tense battle of timing, bluffing, and strategy.
