DEATH GUARD: PLAGUE MARINE ICON BEARER

The Icon Bearers of the Death Guard carry rusted and corrupted dedications to Nurgle, shaped into the symbols of the Grandfather and the Legion. These icons are so steeped in disease that nearby enemies are quickly afflicted, succumbing to agonising deaths as their bodies decay into ruin.

This warrior drags an icon of despair into battle – shaped like the symbol of Nurgle and adorned with a skull and helmet. A rotting severed head hangs from his belt, a grim reminder of the fate awaiting his foes. Beneath the raised icon, his fellow Plague Marines are driven to fight on with relentless determination.

On the Battlefield

Icon Bearer is a support character that enhances your infantry units.

He is used alongside Plague Marines to increase their effectiveness and maintain pressure during advances. He is best positioned where he can support multiple models and help hold the line.
