Lord of Poxes is a leader for Death Guard in Warhammer 40,000, a towering figure wreathed in choking plague fumes and surrounded by pestilent decay. He is well suited as a commander for an advancing force and as a central presence on the battlefield.

A dense cloud of spore-laden smog surrounds him, both shielding his allies and weakening his enemies. This foul miasma pours from the pestilent mechanism on his back, turning the battlefield into a lethal environment where foes slowly succumb.

The Lord of Poxes is a durable and aggressive leader who thrives in the heart of battle. Armed with a plasma pistol, he can soften enemies at range before charging in with his heavy great plague blade, capable of cutting down even heavily armoured foes.

He is particularly effective when leading Plague Marines, enhancing their advance and making them difficult to stop.
