CITIES OF SIGMAR: FREEGUILD GRENADIERS

When battles become most brutal, the Freeguild Grenadiers are the first sent through the breach. These hardened soldiers specialise in close-quarters fighting and confined spaces, armed with powerful blackpowder weapons, bombs, and heavy axes to crush resistance where battlelines collide. Where other units hesitate, the Grenadiers march directly into smoke and flame to clear the way for the rest of the army.

Their relentless firepower makes them especially dangerous against heavily armoured enemies and opponents attempting to hold terrain or key positions. After filling the air with shot and fire, they close in and push back whatever still remains standing.

On the Battlefield

Freeguild Grenadiers perform best as an offensive shock unit pushing into heavily defended targets. Their short-ranged weapons inflict serious damage before they engage with heavy axes to break enemy lines. They are especially effective when clearing terrain, securing objectives, or attacking elite infantry with strong armour in Cities of Sigmar armies.
