Warpsmith

Warpsmiths possess forbidden knowledge of the deepest mysteries of machinery and are responsible for maintaining their warband’s arsenal of armoured vehicles. Through corrupted code-chanting, they empower engines and weapon systems while twisting technology to serve the will of Chaos.

Fused with a writhing mass of semi-sentient mechatendrils, Warpsmiths seek not merely to use machines for their diabolical purposes — they strive to utterly dominate and enslave them.

This multipart kit builds a Warpsmith, a fiendish engineer capable of enhancing and repairing Chaos Space Marine vehicles on the battlefield. The miniature is covered in a mass of mechanical tendrils, many of which can be individually posed for dynamic customisation. These mechatendrils are equipped with:

• spikes and drills

• grasping claws and crushing tools

• a melta weapon

• a flamer

The Warpsmith himself carries a plasma pistol.

The kit is rich in industrial details such as smokestacks, bionic augmentations, and interchangeable armour components. You can customise the miniature with:

• three shoulder pads rimmed with corrupted cog-teeth:

  • blank

  • iron-banded

  • skull-and-cog icon

• two head options:

  • a bare head riddled with bionics and cables

  • a grim half-mask helmet

• two melee weapons:

  • a serrated power axe

  • a thunder hammer
