Sanctum Administratus represents the ruins of a mighty Administratum building, once a centre of Imperial bureaucracy and governance. After years of warfare, bombardment, and destruction, only shattered walls and collapsed floors remain to hint at its former grandeur.

The tall ruin creates an impressive focal point on the battlefield and offers multiple levels for infantry to occupy and contest. Together with the separate ruined section, the terrain can be used to create everything from city centres and administrative districts to devastated war zones.

Sanctum Administratus is perfect for Warhammer 40K battlefields, but also works exceptionally well in Kill Team, Necromunda, and other science fiction games where urban terrain plays a major role.
