AWAKENED WYLDWOOD

Awakened Wyldwood is at the heart of many Sylvaneth battle plans. These ancient living forests are inhabited by nature spirits that awaken in fury when their domain is threatened. Wherever the trees take root, the battlefield is transformed into a mystical glade through which the Sylvaneth can travel using the Realmroots and launch attacks from unexpected directions.

On the battlefield, the Awakened Wyldwood serves as the Sylvaneth faction terrain, granting access to many of the army's most iconic abilities. The trees can provide protection, restrict enemy movement, and strengthen the Sylvaneth's control over the battlefield.

Each tree is mounted on a modular base, allowing them to be used together as a complete Awakened Wyldwood or separately as thematic terrain pieces. The design has been carefully engineered to remain practical during gameplay while minimising interference with measurements, model placement, and dice rolls.

Beyond Age of Sigmar, the Awakened Wyldwood also makes excellent forest or jungle terrain for Warhammer 40K. The trees are ideal for representing alien vegetation, death worlds, Exodite worlds, or other nature-dominated environments where dense forests provide cover and block lines of sight.

On the Battlefield

Awakened Wyldwood is a key part of many Sylvaneth strategies, helping the army control terrain, protect its units, and exploit the Realmroots for rapid movement. The trees also make excellent forest terrain in Warhammer 40K, representing everything from ancient woodlands to alien vegetation on distant worlds.
