Heavy Weapons Squad – heavy gun teams providing powerful fire support for Astra Militarum armies.

Heavy Weapons Squads are specialised gun crews within the Astra Militarum, trained to rapidly deploy and operate heavy support weapons on the battlefield. These teams reinforce infantry lines with long-range firepower and are used to eliminate everything from enemy infantry to heavily armoured targets.

While massed infantry may pin the enemy in place, it is often the Heavy Weapons Squads that deliver the decisive killing blow. With flexible weapon configurations, these units can be tailored for precision fire or sustained suppressive bombardment depending on the mission.

Each team consists of two Astra Militarum soldiers operating a portable heavy weapon.
